Abderrahmane Benkhalfa
Abderrahmane Benkhalfa was an Algerian financial expert. He was general delegate for the Algerian Association of Banks and Financial Institutions, and director of the Bank of Algeria. He was Algerian Minister of Finance. He was also a member of the Finance and Credit Council at the Bank of Algeria. He was described as being pro-private-sector.
Manuel Dammert
Manuel Dammert Ego Aguirre was a Peruvian politician and sociologist. He served in the Congress of the Republic of Peru for Lima Metropolitana from 1980 to 1992 and 2013 to 2019.

Fortunato Rafael Roncagliolo de Orbegoso was a Peruvian sociologist, diplomat, and politician. He served as Minister of Foreign Affairs under President Ollanta Humala from 28 July 2011 until he resigned on 14 May 2013, after the diplomatic crisis with Venezuela and the government of Nicolás Maduro.He later served as Ambassador to Spain from 2015 to 2016. He died on 1 May 2021.

Ronald Inglehart
Ronald F. Inglehart was an American political scientist and professor emeritus at the University of Michigan. He was director of the World Values Survey, a global network of social scientists who have carried out representative national surveys of the publics of over 100 societies on all six inhabited continents, containing 90 percent of the world's population. The first wave of surveys for this project was carried out in 1981 and the latest wave was completed in 2019. Since 2010 Inglehart has also been co-director of the Laboratory for Comparative Social Research at the National Research University - Higher School of Economics in Moscow and St Petersburg. This laboratory has carried out surveys in Russia and eight ex-Soviet countries and is training PhD-level students in quantitative cross-national research methods. Inglehart died on 8 May 2021.
