Odo Fusi Pecci, was an Italian prelate of the Roman Catholic Church. Fusi Pecci was born in Cingoli, Italy, and was ordained a priest on 19 December 1942. He was appointed Bishop of the Diocese of Senigallia on 15 July 1971, where he would remain until his retirement on 21 January 1997. He died in March 2016.

Patrick James Cain Sr. was an American football offensive lineman who played one season with the Detroit Lions of the National Football League. He first enrolled at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona before transferring to Wichita State University and attended Pomona High School in Arvada, Colorado. Cain was also a member of the Denver Dynamite and Washington Commandos of the Arena Football League. He was a member of the Denver Dynamite team that won ArenaBowl I. He died of lung cancer in 2016.

Jana Thiel was a German sports presenter and journalist for ZDF. She worked at the radio station Antenne Brandenburg before moving on to the sports department of Ostdeutscher Rundfunk Brandenburg. Thiel joined Deutsche Welle's television station DW-TV in 1999 and worked there until 2002. She began working at ZDF in 2000 as a sports reporter for the television programme ZDF-Morgenmagazin and then the broadcaster's primary sports department as an editor and presenter of the main evening sports bulletin on heute four years later. Thiel covered the Winter Olympic Games, the Summer Olympic Games, the Paralympic Games, Alpine skiing, the 2006 FIFA World Cup in Germany and the FEI World Equestrian Games.
