Leopoldo Benites was an Ecuadorian diplomat who served as the 28th President of the United Nations General Assembly in 1973. He had been the permanent representative of Ecuador since October 1960.
Roger Bowen
Roger Wendell Bowen was an American comedic actor and novelist, known for his portrayal of Lt. Col. Henry Blake in the 1970 film MASH. He often portrayed stuffy defenders of the upper class and had regular roles on a number of television series. Bowen considered himself a writer who only moonlighted as an actor. He wrote eleven novels as well as sketches for Broadway and television. He was also one of the co-founders of Chicago's comedy and acting troupe The Second City.

Jacobo Majluta Azar was Vice President of the Dominican Republic from 16 August 1978 to 4 July 1982. He was one of the generations of politicians in the Dominican Republic whose ambition was continually thwarted by the country's labyrinthine power struggles and sectarianism. He was elected Vice-President in 1978 and served as President for 42 days in 1982, replacing Antonio Guzmán who had committed suicide, but he never again held the highest office.
