Peter Keaston Reith is a former Australian politician who served in the House of Representatives from 1982 to 1983 and from 1984 to 2001, representing the Liberal Party. He was the party's deputy leader from 1990 to 1993, and served as a minister in the Howard Government.

Barbara Hall Partee is a Distinguished University Professor Emerita of Linguistics and Philosophy at the University of Massachusetts Amherst (UMass). She is one of the founders of contemporary formal semantics in the United States, the author of a number of influential works. She retired from UMass in September 2004.

David Peter Hemery, is a British former track and field athlete, winner of the 400 metres hurdles at the 1968 Summer Olympics in Mexico City.

Maria Mercè Roca i Perich is a Catalan writer and politician. She was deputy to the Parliament of Catalonia for Republican Left of Catalonia, and currently serves as a councillor at the City Council of Girona for the same party.

Gerd Binnig is a German physicist. He is most famous for having won the Nobel Prize in Physics jointly with Heinrich Rohrer in 1986 for the invention of the scanning tunneling microscope.
