Lu Kuo-hua is a politician in the Republic of China. He was the Magistrate of Yilan County from 2005 to 2009.
Hsiao Mei-yu
Hsiao Mei-yu is a Taiwanese road and track bicycle racer. She participated in the 2006 and 2010 Asian Games. In 2010, she won a gold medal at the women's road race event. In the 2012 Summer Olympics in the Women's road race, she finished over the time limit, and competed in the women's omnium, placing 17th. Hsiao next participated in the 2014 Asian Games and won four medals, including a gold in the women's omnium.
Lin Yi-chun
Lin Yi-chun is a Taiwanese sport shooter. She won two medals, gold and silver, in the women's double trap, at the 2001 and 2002 ISSF World Shooting Championships in Cairo, Egypt and Lahti, Finland, respectively. She also captured a bronze medal in the women's trap at the 2006 Asian Games in Doha, Qatar, accumulating a score of 80 clay pigeons and a bonus of 1 target from a shoot-off.
Huang Ting-ying
Huang Ting-ying is a track and road cyclist from Taiwan. She competed on the track in the sprint event at the 2009 UCI Track Cycling World Championships. In 2015, she won the road race at the Asian Cycling Championships.

Hsu Tain-tsair is a Taiwanese politician who served as the mayor of Tainan City from 2001 to 2010. Born in Tainan County, Hsu got his PhD candidacy in economics in the United States, where he started participating in the independence movement of Taiwan. He was placed on the black list of Kuomintang and was not allowed to return to Taiwan until 1990.
