Bernard Lefèvre was a French footballer. A left wing, his career lasted from 1949 to 1964, over which time he played in over 400 matches and scored 143 goals. He played for Lille OSC, AS Saint-Étienne, FC Nancy and Olympique de Marseille.

Charles le Moyne de Longueuil et de Châteauguay, was a French officer and merchant who was a prominent figure in the early days of Montreal. Born in Dieppe, France in Normandy, he came to New France in 1641. He became lord of Longueuil in Canada.

François Henri de Montmorency-Bouteville, Duke of Piney-Luxembourg, commonly known as Luxembourg, and nicknamed "The Upholsterer of Notre-Dame", was a French general and Marshal of France. Comrade and successor of the Great Condé, he was one of the most accomplished military commanders of the early modern period and is particularly noted for his exploits in the Franco-Dutch War and War of the Grand Alliance. Not imposing physically, as he was a slight man and hunchbacked, Luxembourg was nonetheless one of France's greatest generals. He never lost a battle in which he held command.

Raymonde Allain was a French model and actress. She was Miss France in 1928. Her participation in the Miss Universe contest drew international media attention, and her controversial loss to American Ella Van Hueson prompted critical dispute over what counted as "real beauty". Allain later wrote an autobiography titled Histoire vraie d'un prix de beauté.
