He represented the Seine-Maritime department, and was a member of the Socialiste, radical, citoyen et divers gauche group. He was member of Socialist Party throughout his time serving in the National Assembly. Bourguignon was mayor of Sotteville-lès-Rouen from 1989 to 2014.

Natalia Pouzyreff is a French engineer and politician of La République En Marche! (LREM) who has been serving as a member of the French National Assembly since 2017, representing the department of Yvelines.

Francisco "Paquín" Estrada Soto was a Major League Baseball player for the New York Mets. Estrada, a catcher, appeared in one game for the Mets in 1971. Estrada was at the time of his death the manager of the Chihuahua Dorados in the Mexican League (Summer), and catcher's coach with Culiacán Tomateros in the Mexican Pacific League (Winter). In 2006, he served as the manager of the Mexico national baseball team for the World Baseball Classic.

Francis Davis "Frank" Chapot was an American equestrian who competed at six consecutive Olympic Games - from 1956 to 1976 - and won two silver medals in team show jumping, at Rome 1960 and Munich 1972. Chapot was chef d'equipe of the American equestrian team from 1980 to 2004, leading them to their first Olympic team gold at Los Angeles 1984. Additionally, he coached the American show jumping team from 1968 until his retirement in 2005. Chapot is also known for breeding and training Gem Twist, a champion showjumper named World's Best Horse in 1990. In later life, Chapot became a jump course designer and judge. In 2001, he was awarded the United States Equestrian Federation's Lifetime Achievement Award for his contributions to horse sport.
