Paulino ran a 48.47 to help the Dominican Republic win the gold for the 4x400m Mixed Relay at the World Championships and won the 400 m silver medal in Eugene in 2022. Paulino also won the 400 m 2022 Diamond League finals gold medal and Diamond Trophy. She also won a silver medal in the 200 meters at the 2019 Military World Games.
