Noriyuki Kazaoka was Grand Steward of the Imperial Household Agency from 1 Jun 2012 – 26 Sep 2016. He was born in Niigata Prefecture and worked at the Ministry of Construction (Japan).

John Wempi Wetipo is an Indonesian politician from Papua. He is currently serving as Deputy Minister of Home Affairs, being appointed in 2022. Previouly he served as Deputy Minister of Public Works and Housing from 2019 until 2022 and as the Regent of Jayawijaya Regency for two terms between 2008 and 2018. He participated in the 2018 Papua gubernatorial election, but lost to incumbent Lukas Enembe.

János Kende is a Hungarian cinematographer. He has worked on more than 60 films since 1967. He was a member of the jury at the 27th Moscow International Film Festival.

Salva Kiir Mayardit, also known as Salva Kiir, is a South Sudanese politician who has been President of South Sudan since its independence in 2011. Prior to independence, he was President of the Government of Southern Sudan, as well as First Vice President of Sudan, from 2005 to 2011. He was named Commander-in-Chief of the Sudan People's Liberation Army (SPLA) in 2005, following the death of John Garang.
