Chen Chi-nan is a Taiwanese anthropologist. He led the Council of Cultural Affairs from 2004 to 2006. He was named Director of National Palace Museum in 2018 and served until 2019.

Sabine Anne Renée Ghislaine Dardenne is a Belgian author. She was kidnapped at the age of twelve by the child molester and serial killer Marc Dutroux in 1996. Dardenne was one of Dutroux's last two victims. She and fellow captive Laetitia Delhez survived, though the bodies of four other kidnap victims and Dutroux's accomplice were found on the property.

Boris Zakharovich Shumyatsky was a Soviet politician, diplomat and the de facto executive producer for the Soviet film monopoly from 1930 to 1937. He was executed as a traitor in 1938, following a "purge" of the Soviet film industry, and much information about him was expunged from the public record as a consequence.

Dalil Boubakeur is a physician, a Mufti, and current rector of the Great Mosque of Paris. He is also the president of the French Council of the Muslim Faith. He was born on 2 November 1940 in the Algerian city of Skikda, to Hamza Boubakeur. He studied at Lycées Bugeaud in Algiers, before moving to France and studying at Lycée Louis-le-Grand. He graduated from the Faculty of Sciences et Medicine of Paris and holds degrees in Quranic studies, theology and Muslim civilization.

Kenji Akabane is a Japanese voice actor. His first starring role was as Kouji Kabuto in Shin Mazinger Shougeki! Z Hen and he also went on to portray the Producer in the anime adaptation of The Idolmaster video game series. In 2014, he provided the voice of Dragon Shiryū in the film Saint Seiya: Legend of Sanctuary, a role he said was "cool" and "serious".

Sofía Fernández Castañón is a Spanish poet, writer, audiovisual producer, and politician. She has worked in print, television, and radio, and received several poetry prizes. Since January 2016 she has been deputy of Podemos for Asturias in Spain's 11th and 12th Legislatures. She is currently spokesperson for the Equality Commission and a member of the Subcommittee on the State Pact on Gender Violence. On 18 February 2017, she was elected the Podemos Executive's Secretary of Intersectional Feminism and LGBTI. Since February 2017, she has been a member of the Podemos State Council.

Victor Joseph Auguste D'Hondt was a Belgian lawyer and jurist of civil law at Ghent University. He devised a procedure, the D'Hondt method, which he first described in 1878, for allocating seats to candidates in party-list proportional representation elections. The method has been adopted by a number of countries, including Albania, Argentina, Armenia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Chile, Colombia, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Ecuador, Finland, Israel, Japan, North Macedonia, the Netherlands, Northern Ireland, Paraguay, Poland, Portugal, Scotland, Slovenia, Serbia, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey, Iceland, Uruguay and Wales. A modified D'Hondt system is used for elections to the London Assembly and the Scottish Parliament.
