Jerzy Skolimowski
Jerzy Skolimowski is a Polish film director, screenwriter, dramatist and actor. A graduate of the prestigious National Film School in Łódź, Skolimowski has directed more than twenty films since his 1960 début Oko wykol. In 1967 he was awarded the Golden Bear prize for his film Le départ. His most famous film is Deep End (1970), starring Jane Asher and John Moulder Brown. He lived in Los Angeles for over 20 years where he painted in a figurative, expressionist mode and occasionally acted in films. He returned to Poland, and to film making as a writer and director, after a 17-year hiatus with Cztery noce z Anną in 2008. He received the Golden Lion Award for Lifetime Achievement at the 2016 Venice Film Festival.

With a career stretching back to 1969, including work on THX1138, Apocalypse Now, The Godfather I, II, and III, American Graffiti, The Conversation, and The English Patient, with three Academy Award wins, he has been referred to by Roger Ebert as "the most respected film editor and sound designer in the modern cinema."
Margarethe von Trotta
Margarethe von Trotta is a German film director who has been referred to as a "leading force" of the New German Cinema movement. Von Trotta's extensive body of work has won awards internationally. She was married to and collaborated with director Volker Schlöndorff. Although they made a successful team, von Trotta felt she was seen as secondary to Schlöndorff. Subsequently, she established a solo career for herself and became "Germany's foremost female film director, who has offered the most sustained and successful female variant of Autorenkino in postwar German film history". Certain aspects of von Trotta's work have been compared to Ingmar Bergman's features from the 1960s and 1970s.

He is a Mumbai-based film director and writer known for Kesari which is the biggest blockbuster of 2019 in the Bollywood industry as well as for Punjab 1984, Jatt and Juliet Series and Yaar Annmulle. Jatt and Juliet series and Punjab 1984 are the top 3 highest grossers of Punjabi Cinema. He has also directed a Bollywood film Raqeeb which didn't do well at the box office. Anurag has assisted many blockbusters of Bollywood cinema. In 2005, he was married to his childhood sweetheart Madhurjeet Sarghi, a theatre artist and an actress who also hails from Jalandhar. In 2016 Anurag and Sarghi were blessed with a baby boy named Shivaye Anurag Singh. Anurag has an elder brother named Armaan Singh who is a well known chief engineer in California, United States. Anurag gets to interact a lot with kids especially his nephews and nieces who live in Jalandhar. Anurag made his production debut by producing Super Singh which broke many records, under his production company named as Brat Films. He has also produced Shadaa which broke so many records. He is likely to produce Puaada releasing in 2020.
