Guadalupe Robledo was a Mexican professional wrestler, best known by the ring name of Jose Lothario. He performed for such promotions as the NWA and the WWF.

Rubén Galván was an Argentine football midfielder who played for Club Atlético Independiente for most of his career. At international level, he was part of the Argentina squad that won the 1978 FIFA World Cup on home soil.

Prince Michel of Bourbon-Parma was a French businessman, soldier and racing car driver, who was a member of deposed sovereign ducal House of Bourbon-Parma.

Donald Lynden-Bell CBE FRS was a British theoretical astrophysicist. He was the first to determine that galaxies contain supermassive black holes at their centres, and that such black holes power quasars. Lynden-Bell was President of the Royal Astronomical Society (1985–87) and received numerous awards for his work, including the inaugural Kavli Prize for Astrophysics. He worked at the University of Cambridge for his entire career, where he was the first director of its Institute of Astronomy.

Simegnew Bekele Aynalem was an Ethiopian civil engineer who served as chief project manager of the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam project as well as three other similar dam projects in Ethiopia. He was considered the "public face" of the dam project.

Angelica Cob-Baehler was a Costa Rican American music industry executive and television producer. The head of music operations at The Firm, and the chief marketing officer for the basketball league Big 3, she previously held senior positions at Columbia Records, EMI and Epic.

George Albert Sinner was an American politician who served as the 29th governor of North Dakota from 1985 to 1992. He served two four-year terms and was the most recent governor of North Dakota from his party, the North Dakota Democratic–Nonpartisan League Party.

Irenäus Eibl-Eibesfeldt was an Austrian ethnologist in the field of human ethology. In authoring the book which bears that title, he applied ethology to humans by studying them in a perspective more common to volumes studying animal behavior.
