James Ellsworth Lowe was an American singer-songwriter, best known for his 1956 number-one hit song, "The Green Door". He also served as a disc jockey and radio host and personality, and was considered an expert on the popular music of the 1940s and 1950s.

Sayori Saito was a Japanese professional wrestler, who performed under the name of Harley Saito (ハーレー斉藤). She spent much of her career for Ladies Legend Pro-Wrestling.

Juan Peña Fernández, also known as Juan Peña "El Lebrijano" or simply El Lebrijano, was a Spanish Gitano (Roma) flamenco musician. As a flamenco-fusion musician he studied the musical relation and fusion of two cultures that coexisted in spain during Al-Andalus.

Alphons Egli was a Swiss politician and member of the Swiss Federal Council (1983–86). He was elected to the Federal Council of Switzerland on 8 December 1982 and handed over office on 31 December 1986. He was affiliated to the Christian Democratic People's Party of Switzerland. During his time in office he held the Federal Department of Home Affairs and was President of the Confederation in 1986. Egli was a citizen of Entlebuch and Lucerne. He died on 5 August 2016, aged 91.
