Sultan Ahmed was an Indian politician and the Union Minister of State for Tourism in the Manmohan Singh government. He was elected to the 15th Lok Sabha from Uluberia on a Trinamool Congress ticket. He had previously been a 2-time Congress MLA for Entally.

Georg Müller, SS.CC. was the Bishop of the Roman Catholic Territorial Prelature of Trondheim, which encompasses central sections of Norway, from 1988 to 1997.

Antoni Asunción Hernández was a Spanish politician of the Spanish Socialist Workers' Party (PSOE). He was Minister of Interior between 1993 and 1994. He also served as member of the Congress of Deputies during the V Legislature (1993–1996).

Antoni Imiela was a German-born convicted serial rapist who grew up in County Durham, England. He was found guilty of the rape of nine women and girls, and the indecent assault, and attempted rape, of a 10-year-old girl whom he repeatedly punched and throttled. The crimes took place in Surrey, Kent, Berkshire, London, Hertfordshire and Birmingham, and the press dubbed the offender the M25 Rapist after the M25 motorway that passes in the vicinity of all those areas except Birmingham. He died in HM Prison Wakefield on 8 March 2018.

María Amuchástegui was an Argentine television fitness instructor, ballerina, and singer. She was born in Buenos Aires. She became well known in Argentina in the 1980s. Her best known morning fitness shows were Buen día Salud and Buen Día, María, both were made in the 1980s. She was also best known for the 2006 song "Camino de espejos".
