Konstantin Aleksandrovich Kotov is a Russian software engineer and political activist. In September 2019, he was sentenced to four years in prison for participating in unsanctioned protests and was declared a prisoner of conscience by Amnesty International. After a public outcry, his sentencing was reviewed and reduced. He was released from prison in December 2020.

Megdet Nigmatovich Rahimkulov is a Russian businessman of Tatar origin. He was a Gazprom executive and also the former head of Panrusgaz and Általános Értékforgalmi Bank. He was the wealthiest person in Hungary, until his return to Moscow in 2008 and he is a leading owner of OTP Bank.

Elena Rybkina is a Russian badminton player. She competed in women's singles at the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona, and in women's singles and women's doubles at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta.

Yuri Lvovich Ovchinnikov is a Russian figure skating coach and former competitor for the Soviet Union. He is the 1975 European bronze medalist, 1976 Prize of Moscow News champion, and 1975 Soviet national champion. He represented the Soviet Union at the 1972 Winter Olympics, where he placed 12th, and at the 1976 Winter Olympics, where he placed 8th.
