Hisila Yami, also known by her nom de guerre Parvati, is a Nepalese politician and architect. She is a Central Committee member of Naya Shakti Nepal and a former president of the All Nepal Women's Association (Revolutionary).

Carlton W. Faulkner was an American sound engineer. He won an Oscar in the category Sound Recording for the film The King and I. He was also nominated for four more Academy Awards, three in the same category and the fourth for Best Effects, Special Effects.

Raymond Illingworth CBE was an English cricketer, cricket commentator and administrator. As of 2015, he was one of only nine players to have taken 2,000 wickets and made 20,000 runs in first-class cricket. He played for Yorkshire, Leicestershire (1969–1978) and England (1958–1973) and was a Wisden Cricketer of the Year in 1960.

Lin Chia-yu is a Taiwanese badminton player. In 2011, he won the gold medal at the Asian Junior Championships in the men's doubles event partnered with Huang Po-jui. He also won the silver medal at the World Junior Championships.

James E. Wallis Jr. is an American theologian, writer, teacher and political activist. He is best known as the founder and editor of Sojourners magazine and as the founder of the Washington, D.C.-based Christian community of the same name. Wallis is well known for his advocacy on issues of peace and social justice. Although Wallis actively eschews political labels, he describes himself as an evangelical and is often associated with the evangelical left and the wider Christian left. He worked as a spiritual advisor to President Barack Obama. He is also a leader in the Red-Letter Christian movement.
