John F. Tierney is an American politician who served as a U.S. Representative from Massachusetts from 1997 to 2015. He is a Democrat who represented the state's 6th district, which includes the state's North Shore and Cape Ann. Born and raised in Salem, Massachusetts, Tierney graduated from Salem State College and Suffolk University Law School. He worked in private law and served on the Salem Chamber of Commerce from 1976 to 1997. Tierney first ran for the House of Representatives in 1994 against Republican incumbent Peter G. Torkildsen, losing by a small margin. He defeated Torkildsen in a rematch in 1996.

Francisco García Tortosa is a Spanish University Professor, literary critic, and translator into Spanish. In Spain García Tortosa is considered one of the chief experts on the figure and work of the Irish writer, James Joyce, whose creations he has translated and about which he has published a wide range of studies. The Irish hispanist, Ian Gibson, has called García Tortosa «Spain's leading expert on Joyce», while considering his translation of Ulysses, in collaboration with María Luisa Venegas, as «prodigious».

Justin Douglas Chapman is an American author and journalist, actor, musician, and politician. He currently serves as Communications Officer at the Pacific Council on International Policy. He is the author of the travel memoir Saturnalia: Traveling from Cape Town to Kampala in Search of an African Utopia, published by Rare Bird Books in January 2015. Chapman was the youngest elected member of the Altadena Town Council at age 19. He is currently attending University of Southern California and graduated from the University of California, Berkeley in 2009. He has written for over 20 publications. As a professional child actor he often performed in commercials, television shows, and movies. He lives in Pasadena, California.
