Marco Formentini is a male freestyle swimmer from Italy. He also competes in the open water swimming, winning a silver and a bronze medal at the World Aquatics Championships.

David Walters is an American former competition swimmer, Olympic gold medalist, and world record-holder in two events. At the 2008 Summer Olympics, Walters earned a gold medal by swimming in the heats of the 4×200-meter freestyle relay. As part of the American team, he holds the world record in the 4×100-meter medley relay. Walters is also a seven-time medalist at the World Aquatics Championships.

Cameron van der Burgh OIS is a retired South African competitive swimmer and hedge fund analyst. He is Africa's first home-trained world record holder and individual male Olympic Champion. He is married to long time partner Nefeli Valakelis.

Pang Jiaying is a female Chinese freestyle swimmer who competed in the 2004 Summer Olympics, the 2008 Summer Olympics and the 2012 Summer Olympics. Pang is one of the best Chinese women in middle and long-distance freestyle swimming.

Matthew Grevers is an American competition swimmer who competes in the backstroke and freestyle events, and is a six-time Olympic medalist. He has won a total of thirty-three medals in major international competition, fourteen gold, twelve silver, and seven bronze spanning the Olympics, World Championships, and the Universiade. At the 2008 Summer Olympics, Grevers won gold medals as a member of the U.S. teams in the 4×100-meter freestyle and 4×100-meter medley relays, and a silver medal in the 100-meter backstroke. Four years later, at the 2012 Summer Olympics, he won gold medals in the 100-meter backstroke and the 4×100-meter medley relay, and a silver medal in the 4×100-meter freestyle relay.

Liu Zige is a world record holding swimmer from China. She swam for China at the 2008 Olympics, where she won the women's 200 butterfly in a new world record (2:04.18).

Oliver Lampe is a former butterfly and freestyle swimmer from Germany, who represented his native country at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta, Georgia.

Chihiro Igarashi is a Japanese swimmer. She competed in the women's 400 metre freestyle event at the 2016 Summer Olympics. She qualified to represent Japan at the 2020 Summer Olympics.

Brendan Joseph Hansen is an American former competition swimmer who specialized in breaststroke events. Hansen is a six-time Olympic medalist, and is also a former world record-holder in both the 100-meter and 200-meter breaststroke events.
