Bertha Alice Williams Graham Gifford was a farmwife in rural Catawissa, Missouri during the early 1900s who was accused of murdering three members of the local community and suspected in 15 additional deaths. Some consider her to be America's fourth solo female serial killer, behind Lydia Sherman, Jane Toppan, and Nannie Doss.
Chisako Kakehi
Chisako Kakehi is a Japanese female serial killer who was sentenced to death for the murders of three men, including her husband, and for the attempted murder of a fourth. She is also suspected of being responsible for at least seven other deaths.

Mohammed Bijeh
Mohammed Bijeh was an Iranian serial killer. He confessed in court to raping and killing 16 young boys between March and September 2004, and was sentenced to 100 lashes followed by execution. All the boys were between 8 and 15 years old. Additionally, he killed two adults. The murder of children around Tehran was recognized as the largest criminal case in Iran for the last 71 years, and strongly influenced public opinion in the country.

Ernesto Picchioni, nicknamed The Monster of Nerola was an Italian serial killer and criminal, responsible for 4 to 16 homicides committed in the town of Nerola.
Hubert Pilčík
Hubert Pilčík was a Czechoslovak serial killer. After the Second World War, Pilčík started smuggling people across the border from Czechoslovakia into West Germany. He started killing his customers in 1948, when he was in his fifties. After his capture, Pilčík committed suicide in a prison in Plzeň on September 9, 1951. He was accused of five murders, although the exact number of his victims is unknown. It is possible he killed tens of people.

Abdul Latif Sharif, first name also spelled Abdel, was an Egyptian-born American chemist and chief suspect in the Juárez killings, a decade-long murder spree that began in the Mexican city of Ciudad Juárez in the early 1990s.
Satish
Satish is a convicted Indian pedophile and serial killer who was active in Bahadurgarh in Haryana from 1995 to 1998. He admitted kidnapping and attempting to rape fourteen girls, murdering ten. Police confirmed Satish's involvement in twelve cases, including the ten murders. Since his victims were all five to nine years of age, he is also known as the Bahadurgarh baby killer.
