Jimmy Maketta
Jimmy Maketta is a South African rapist and serial killer who in 2007 pleaded guilty and was convicted on 16 counts of murder and 19 counts of rape. A state psychiatrist described him as a psychopath.
Mikhail Novosyolov
Mikhail Novosyolov is a Soviet-Tajik serial killer and necrophile. He killed 22 people aged between 6 and 50 years old - 16 in Russia, and six in Tajikistan.
Charles Quansah
Charles "Papa" Kwabena Ebo Quansah, known as The Accra Strangler, is a convicted Ghanaian serial killer who was arrested in February 2000 and convicted of the strangulation deaths of nine women.
Zhang Yongming
Zhang Yongming was a Chinese serial killer and cannibal who was convicted of, and subsequently confessed to, the murder of 11 males between March 2008 and April 2012. It is believed that he fed flesh from some of his victims to his dogs and sold other parts at the local market, calling it "ostrich meat". He was executed on January 10, 2013.
David Randitsheni
David Randitsheni was a South African rapist and serial killer who in 2009 was convicted on 10 counts of murder, 17 counts of rape, 18 counts of kidnapping and one count of indecent assault. He was sentenced to 16 life sentences and 220 years in prison with the judge stipulating that he could not be considered for parole before serving at least 35 years in prison by which time he would be 80-years-old. Only one of his victims was an adult, the rest were all children.
Joe Ball
Joseph Douglas Ball was an American murderer and suspected serial killer, sometimes referred to as the "Alligator Man", the "Butcher of Elmendorf" and the "Bluebeard of South Texas". He is known to have killed two and is said to have killed as many as 20 women in the 1930s. His existence was long believed to be apocryphal, but he is a familiar figure in Texas folklore.
Yoshitomo Hori
Yoshitomo Hori is a Korean-Japanese serial killer who killed a couple in Hekinan in 1998, and later participated in the murder of Rie Isogai in 2007. Sentenced to life imprisonment for the latter crime, he was linked to the double murder and another attempted murder in 2012, for which he was sentenced to death and currently awaits execution on death row.
Amir Qayyum
Amir Qayyum was a Pakistani serial killer who killed 14 homeless men in Lahore, Pakistan.
Karl Denke
Karl Denke was a German serial killer and cannibal who killed and cannibalized dozens of homeless vagrants and travelers from 1903 to 1924. He is often regarded as The Forgotten Cannibal or The Cannibal of Ziębice.
