Hava Siegelmann is a professor of computer science, and a world leader in the fields of Lifelong Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Neural Networks, and Computational Neuroscience. Her academic position is in the school of Computer Science and the Program of Neuroscience and Behavior at the University of Massachusetts Amherst; she is the director of the school's Biologically Inspired Neural and Dynamical Systems Lab. She was loaned to the federal government DARPA 2016-2019 to initiate and run their most advanced AI programs including her Lifelong Learning Machine (L2M) program. and Guaranteeing AI Robustness against Deceptions (GARD). She received the rarely awarded Meritorious Public Service Medal - one of the highest honors the Department of Defense agency can bestow on a private citizen.

George Alistair Sanger, also known as "The Fat Man", is an American musician who has composed music for computer and video games, beginning in 1983. Some of his best-known works include The 7th Guest, Wing Commander, Hard Nova, Maniac Mansion, Loom, Tux Racer, and Zombies Ate My Neighbors. Sanger leads the band Team Fat, which also includes fellow video game music composers Dave Govett, Joe McDermott and Kevin Weston Phelan. He has also written a novel, The Fat Man on Game Audio: Tasty Morsels of Sonic Goodness, described by him as, "a book about game audio wrapped in a biography wrapped in a philosophy on life."

Santos González Capilla is a Spanish professional road bicycle racer. Being a time trial specialist, he won the Spanish National Time Trial Championship in 1999 and 2001. In 2000 he won a stage in Vuelta a España, where he finished fourth. He also rode at the 1992 Summer Olympics and the 2000 Summer Olympics.

Jan Timman is a Dutch chess Grandmaster who was one of the world's leading players from the late 1970s to the early 1990s. At the peak of his career he was considered to be the best non-Soviet player and was known as "The Best of the West". He has won the Dutch Chess Championship nine times and has been a Candidate for the World Championship several times. He lost the title match of the 1993 FIDE World Championship against Anatoly Karpov.
