Michèle Rubirola
Michèle Rubirola is a French politician who was mayor of Marseille from July to December 2020. Physician by occupation, she succeeded Jean-Claude Gaudin, who chose not to run for reelection to a fifth term in office, and endorsed her long term collaborator Martine Vassal, who lost the election in June 2020. Rubirola is the first female mayor of Marseille. Her grandparents came from Spain (Catalonia) and Naples.

Michèle Yvette Marie-Thérèse Jeanne Honorine Alliot-Marie, known in France as MAM, is a French politician and Member of the European Parliament (MEP) from France. She is a member of the Republicans, part of the European People's Party. A member of all right-wing governments formed in the 1980s, 1990s and 2000s, she was the first woman in France to hold the portfolios of Defense (2002–2007), the Interior (2007–2009) and Foreign Affairs (2010–2011); she has also been in charge of Youth and Sports (1993–1995) and Justice (2009–2010), and was granted the honorary rank of Minister of State in her last two offices.

Michele Ann Fiore is an American Republican politician who was elected in 2017 to the Las Vegas City Council from Ward 6. Previously, she was a member of the Nevada Assembly from 2012 to 2016. Fiore, who represented much of northwestern Clark County, served two Assembly terms. On December 7, 2015, Fiore confirmed that she would not seek re-election and would instead enter the 2016 race for Nevada's 3rd congressional district in southern Clark County. On June 15, 2016 Fiore placed third in the primary race with 18% of the vote. Danny Tarkanian was the winner of the primary with 34% of the vote.
