Angela Constance
Angela Constance is a Scottish National Party (SNP) politician who served as Cabinet Secretary for Communities, Social Security and Equalities from May 2016 to June 2018. She has been the Member of the Scottish Parliament (MSP) for Almond Valley since 2007, and has held a series of ministerial posts in the Scottish Government from 2010 to 2018. On 18 December 2020, Nicola Sturgeon appointed her as the new Minister for Drugs Policy, reporting directly to the First Minister.

Ângela Maria Cardoso Lago was a Brazilian children's author and illustrator of poems dedicated to children. She began drawing at the age of three and spent time in the United States, Venezuela and Scotland early in her career. Lago published her first book in 1980 and her last in 2016. She was named the winner of the Best Illustrated Book Award which is issued by the Fundación Nacional del Libros Infantil y Juvenil de Brasil in both 1984 and 1986 and the 1995 and 2007 Biennial of Illustration Bratislava for her books Festa no Céu: Um Conto do Nosso Folclor and Joao Felizardo o rei dos negocios respectively. Lago was also named a recipient of the Jabuti Prize for Literature in each of 1993, 1994, 1995, 1999, 2000, 2001 and 2005.

Angela R. Nissel is an American author and television writer best known for her first book The Broke Diaries: The Completely True and Hilarious Misadventures of a Good Girl Gone Broke. She was a writer and executive producer for Scrubs and is working on a television series with Halle Berry, who optioned both of Nissel's books. Nissel also worked as a writer and consulting producer in the fourth season of The Boondocks and is currently a co-executive producer and writer for the ABC sitcom Mixed-ish.
