Albert Norman Francis Sacheverell Sitwell
Albert Roussel
Albert Charles Paul Marie Roussel was a French composer. He spent seven years as a midshipman, turned to music as an adult, and became one of the most prominent French composers of the interwar period. His early works were strongly influenced by the impressionism of Debussy and Ravel, while he later turned toward neoclassicism.
Albert Zweifel
Albert Zweifel is a former professional cyclo-cross cyclist. Zweifel was professional from 1973 to 1989 and was in this time five times World Champion in cyclo-cross. He was also National Swiss Cyclo-Cross champion nine times. Zweifel dominated cyclo-cross in Switzerland in the 1970s as well as winning big international cyclo-cross races such as Aigle and Igorre.
Albert Pilát
Albert Pilát was a Czech botanist and mycologist. He studied at the Faculty of Science at Charles University, under the guidance of Professor Josef Velenovský. In 1930, he joined the National Museum, eventually becoming head of the Mycological Department, and in 1960 a corresponding member of the Academy. He was the author of many popular and scholarly publications in the field of mycology and mountain flora. He also served as the main editor of the scientific journal Czech Mycology, and described several species of fungi. His areas of particular interest include polypores and boletes. He travelled widely and was a skilled photographer.

Johannes Albertus Munnik Hertzog was an Afrikaner politician, cabinet minister, and founding leader of the Herstigte Nasionale Party. He was the son of J. B. M. (Barry) Hertzog, a former Prime Minister of the Union of South Africa.

He first won election to Congress in 2004, and was re-elected in 2007.
Albert Caquot
Albert Irénée Caquot was considered as the "best living French engineer" during half a century. He received the “Croix de Guerre 1914–1918 (France)” and was Grand-croix of the Légion d’Honneur (1951). He was a member of the French Academy of Sciences from 1934 till his death. In 1962, he was awarded the Wilhelm Exner Medal.

Albert Paulsen
Albert Paulsen was an Ecuadorian-American actor who appeared in many American television series beginning in the 1960s, playing characters primarily of European origin. A life member of The Actors Studio, Paulsen won an Emmy Award in 1964 for the Bob Hope Presents the Chrysler Theatre presentation One Day in the Life of Ivan Denisovich, an historical novel by Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn. Mr. Paulsen was a graduate of the Neighborhood Playhouse School of the Theatre studying under Sanford Meisner. He died from natural causes at the age of 78.
