Valentin Nikolayevich Pluchek was a Russian theatre director. He is known as a stage director of the Physical Culture Day parade in Moscow during the Stalinist epoch. The Physical Culture Day took place each summer at central squares of major Soviet cities.
Federico Franco
Luis Federico Franco Gómez is a Paraguayan politician who was President of Paraguay from June 2012 until August 2013. A member of the Authentic Radical Liberal Party (PLRA), he was elected as Vice President of Paraguay in the 2008 presidential election as the running mate of Fernando Lugo; he took office in August 2008. Following Lugo's impeachment by the Senate on 22 June 2012, he succeeded Lugo as President to complete the presidential mandate until 15 August 2013.

Brian Lee Harvey is a British singer from London. He was the lead singer of pop band East 17, later renamed E-17. The later incarnation had two top 20 singles on the UK Singles Chart between 1998 and 1999, with the album Resurrection peaking within the top 50 of the UK Albums Chart. After leaving E-17, Harvey signed a record deal with Edel Records and had two singles released in 2001, "Straight Up " and "Loving You ".

After establishing a career as a country music singer, later in his life he became an actor, usually depicting Native American elders in American films and television. He is also credited as Floyd Red Crow Westerman. As a political activist, he spoke and marched for Native American causes.
