Chip Tsao, also known by his Chinese language pen name To Kit, is a multilingual Hong Kong-based columnist, broadcaster, and writer. His writings are mostly in Chinese. He is well known for his sarcasm and wry sense of humour.

Tan Sri Frank Tsao Wen-king was a Chinese-born entrepreneur who established shipping and textiles businesses in Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand.

Chin-Hui Tsao is a Taiwanese former professional baseball pitcher. He is the second major league player and the first major league pitcher from Taiwan, and like the first, former Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder Chin-Feng Chen, he is a Taiwanese aborigine of Amis ancestry. He had previously played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Colorado Rockies and Dodgers before spending the 2009 season with the Brother Elephants in the Chinese Professional Baseball League (CPBL). After the 2009 Taiwan Series, Tsao was investigated for game-fixing scandals, although he was ultimately not indicted on February 10, 2010. Tsao was expelled by CPBL on December 23, 2009. He has recorded the fastest pitch by a Taiwanese pitcher at 100 mph in 2005.

Victor Tsao, or Ts'ao Ying-wei, is a Taiwanese-born American entrepreneur and hardware engineer. Tsao and his wife Janie co-founded Linksys, a consumer home networking pioneer, and sold the company to Cisco Systems for $500 million in 2003.
