Keith Jackson
Keith Max Jackson was an American sports commentator, journalist, author and radio personality, known for his career with ABC Sports (1966–2006). While he covered a variety of sports over his career, he is best known for his coverage of college football from 1952 until 2006, and his distinctive voice, "a throwback voice, deep and operatic. A voice that was to college football what Edward R. Murrow's was to war. It was the voice of ultimate authority in his profession."
Miloš Forman
Jan Tomáš "Miloš" Forman was a Czech-American film director, screenwriter, actor, and professor who rose to fame in his native Czechoslovakia before emigrating to the United States in 1968.
Lyudmila Senchina
Lyudmila Petrovna Senchina was a Soviet, Ukrainian and Russian singer (soprano). In 1979 she was awarded the title of Meritorious Artist of the RSFSR and in 2002 the title of People's Artist of Russia. Merited Artist of Ukraine (2003). She made popular such songs as Cinderella, Stones, Love and Separation, White Acacia, Birthday, White Dance, Field Flowers .
Kalpana Lajmi
Kalpana Lajmi (1954–2018) was an Indian film director, producer and screenwriter. Lajmi was an independent filmmaker working more on realistic, low-budget films, which are known in India as parallel cinema. Her films were often woman-oriented. She had been for a longtime manager with famous Assamese/Hindi/Bengali/English singer/lyricist/writer/film-maker Bhupen Hazarika. She was diagnosed with kidney cancer in 2017 and died on 23 September 2018 at the age of 64.
Ali Banat
Ali Banat was an Australian businessman, later a humanitarian philanthropist, from the Sydney suburb of Greenacre and of Palestinian descent. After the cancer diagnosis, he donated everything he had for charitable causes. He owned a security and electrical company before getting diagnosed with cancer in October 2015.
