Maria Eugénia was a Portuguese stage and film actress. She appeared in seven Portuguese and Spanish films in the late 1940s. Eugénia appeared opposite the Italian actor Amedeo Nazzari in a couple of Barcelona-made films including the comedy Unexpected Conflict (1948). She received an offer from Vittorio De Sica to work with him, but she turned it down.

Gian Luigi Rondi was an Italian screenwriter and film director. He was a member of the jury at the 12th and 15th Moscow International Film Festival. He was also a member of the jury at the 11th and 32nd Berlin International Film Festival. He was also a member of the jury three times at the Cannes Film Festival in 1963, 1967 and 1980. He was the president of the jury at the 48th Venice Film Festival.

Marianne Krencsey was a Hungarian stage, film and television actress.

Helen Thom Edwards was an American physicist. She was the lead scientist for the design and construction of the Tevatron at the Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory. "She knew how to bring the right people together to carry out a project and how to encourage them to success. In private life, she was a nature lover and is remembered as a very gentle and caring person."

Constan Olive Leland Bardwell was an Irish poet, novelist, and playwright. She was born in India to Irish parents William Hone and Mary Collise, and moved to Ireland at the age of two. Her father's family were of the Anglo-Irish Hone family.
