Seiji Yokoyama
Seiji Yokoyama was a prolific Japanese incidental music composer from Hiroshima who was best known to the West for his work on the Space Pirate Captain Harlock and Saint Seiya series. He was a graduate student of Kunitachi College of Music.
Violette Verdy
Violette Verdy was a French ballerina, choreographer, teacher, and writer who worked as a dance company director with the Paris Opera Ballet in France and the Boston Ballet in the United States. From 1958 to 1977 she was a principal dancer with the New York City Ballet where she performed in the world premieres of several works created specifically for her by choreographers George Balanchine and Jerome Robbins. She was Distinguished Professor of Music (Ballet) at the Jacobs School of Music, Indiana University, in Bloomington, and the recipient of two medals from the French government.

Mamadou Dembelé
Mamadou Dembelé was a Malian physician and politician. Dembelé served as Prime Minister of Mali from 6 June 1986 to 6 June 1988 under President Moussa Traoré. He was a member of the Democratic Union of the Malian People and responsible for the repression of the 1979–80 student movements. He died on 9 October 2016 at the age of 82. Dembélé was to have a state funeral at the paternal home in Darsalam, followed by interment at the cemetery of Hamdallaye on Tuesday 11 October 2016.
