Terrence Andrew Davis was an American programmer who created and designed the operating system TempleOS. Its development was an extremely complex, time-consuming and unusual undertaking for one person. During his final years, he amassed an online following and regularly posted video blogs to social media. He often referred to himself as "the smartest programmer that's ever lived".

Kanako Fukaura was a Japanese actress. Born in Tokyo, she developed fame largely through many performances as a supporting actress.

Keith David Palmer, was a British police officer who was posthumously awarded the George Medal, the second highest award for gallantry "not in the face of the enemy". Though unarmed, he stopped a knife-wielding terrorist from entering the Palace of Westminster during the 2017 Westminster attack; he died from wounds he received in this attack. He had worked for the Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) for 16 years, and had joined the MPS's Parliamentary and Diplomatic Protection Group in April 2016.

From 1967 to 1970, he worked as: life insurance salesman, opinion pool investigator, "lonely hearts" columnist, horse racing forecaster, and sales manager for a styrofoam beam company.

Sean Reinert was an American musician, songwriter and drummer of Æon Spoke. He was also the drummer and founding member of Cynic, until leaving the band in September 2015. He credited such drummers as Dave Miranda, John Bonham, Alex Van Halen, Dave Weckl, Gary Husband and Vinnie Colaiuta as being an important influence in his formative years.

Chokri Belaïd, also transliterated as Shokri Belaïd, was a Tunisian lawyer and politician who was an opposition leader with the left-secular Democratic Patriots' Movement. Belaïd was a vocal critic of the Ben Ali regime prior to the 2011 Tunisian revolution and of the then Islamist-led Tunisian government. On 6 February 2013, he was fatally shot outside his house in El Menzah, close to the Tunisian capital, Tunis. As a result of his assassination, Tunisian Prime Minister Hamadi Jebali announced his plan to dissolve the existing national government and to form a temporary "national unity" government.
