Reinhard Scheer
Carl Friedrich Heinrich Reinhard Scheer was an Admiral in the Imperial German Navy. Scheer joined the navy in 1879 as an officer cadet and progressed through the ranks, commanding cruisers and battleships, as well as senior staff positions on land. At the outbreak of World War I, Scheer was the commander of the II Battle Squadron of the High Seas Fleet. He then took command of the III Battle Squadron, which consisted of the newest and most powerful battleships in the navy. In January 1916, he was promoted to Admiral and given control of the High Seas Fleet. Scheer led the German fleet at the Battle of Jutland on 31 May – 1 June 1916, one of the largest naval battles in history.

Charles Mwando Simba was a Congolese politician and member of UNADEF. He was born in Moba, Tanganyika District. From February 6, 2007, to October 2008, he served in the government of the Democratic Republic of the Congo as Minister of Rural Development. In October 2008, he was appointed as Defense Minister in Adolphe Muzito's cabinet, succeeding Chikez Diemu. In April 2012, be became the First Vice-President of the National Assembly of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, a position he held until his death.

Dairyū Tadahiro is a former sumo wrestler from Osaka, Japan. He made his professional debut in May 1976, but never reached the top division. His highest rank was jūryō 4, which he reached in January 1990. He retired in July 1997 and became an elder in the Japan Sumo Association. He assumed the role of head coach of Ōtake stable in July 2010, shortly after former head coach (ex-sekiwake) Takatōriki was fired by the Sumo Association for betting illegally on baseball.
