Hilde Mangold
Hilde Mangold was a German embryologist who was best known for her 1923 dissertation which was the foundation for her mentor, Hans Spemann's, 1935 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine for the discovery of the embryonic organizer, "one of the very few doctoral theses in biology that have directly resulted in the awarding of a Nobel Prize". The general effect she demonstrated is known as embryonic induction, that is, the capacity of some cells to direct the developmental trajectory of other cells. Induction remains a fundamental concept and area of ongoing research in the field.

Chen Xiaojia
Chen Xiaojia is a retired Chinese badminton player from Xiangtan, Hunan. She was selected to join the national second team in 2008. Chen was the gold medalist at the 2009 Asian Junior Championships and the bronze medalist at the World Junior Championships, She represented China at the 2009 East Asian Games, and claimed the gold medal in the women's team event, and a bronze medal in the women's singles. Chen clinched the women's singles title at the 2011 Indonesia Open Grand Prix Gold after beat the Frech veteran Pi Hongyan in rubber game.

Lev Nussimbaum
Lev Nussimbaum, who wrote under the pen names Essad Bey and Kurban Said, was a writer and journalist, born in Kyiv to a Jewish family. He lived there and in Baku during his childhood before fleeing the Bolsheviks in 1920 at the age of 14. In 1922, while living in Germany, he obtained a certificate claiming that he had converted to Islam in the presence of the imam of the Turkish embassy in Berlin. He created a niche for himself in the competitive European literary world by writing about topics that Westerners, in general, knew little about - the Caucasus, the Russian Empire, the Bolshevik Revolution, newly discovered oil, and Islam. He wrote under the name of Essad Bey in German.

Tōko Miura is a Japanese actress and singer. She is best known internationally for her role in the 2021 film Drive My Car as well as her work on the soundtrack of the 2019 animated film Weathering with You. Miura collaborated with the band Radwimps on said soundtrack and most notably made the song "Grand Escape (グランドエスケープ)," which peaked at 9 on the Billboard Japan Hot 100.
