Kevin De Weert is a former Belgian professional road bicycle racer. In October 2014 it was announced would join LottoNL–Jumbo on a two-year deal from 2015, with the team's directeur sportif Nico Verhoeven describing his role as a domestique for the team's general classification riders in stage races. De Weert retired on his 33rd birthday due to the continuing effects of injuries sustained earlier in his career. In February 2016 he succeeded Carlo Bomans as coach of the Belgian national cycling team.

Robert Marshall Axelrod is an American political scientist. He is Professor of Political Science and Public Policy at the University of Michigan where he has been since 1974. He is best known for his interdisciplinary work on the evolution of cooperation. His current research interests include complexity theory, international security, and cyber security. His research includes innovative approaches to explaining conflict of interest, the emergence of norms, how game theory is used to study cooperation, and cross-disciplinary studies on evolutionary processes.

Serafín Zambada Ortiz is a U.S.-born Mexican convicted drug trafficker and high-ranking member of the Sinaloa Cartel, a criminal group based in Sinaloa. He is the son of Ismael "El Mayo" Zambada, one of the top leaders of the Sinaloa Cartel. He is married to Karime Ellameli Torres Acosta, the daughter of the late Manuel Torres Félix, another Sinaloa Cartel leader. Zambada Ortiz was active on social media, where he posted pictures of his extravagant lifestyle.
