Jerod Mayo Sr. is an American football coach and former linebacker who is the inside linebackers coach for the New England Patriots of the National Football League (NFL). Mayo played college football for the University of Tennessee and was drafted by the Patriots tenth overall in the 2008 NFL Draft. He was named Defensive Rookie of the Year and played for the Patriots until retiring following the 2015 season. He rejoined them as a coach in 2019.

Born in Kyiv to an ethnic Polish family, his concept of Suprematism sought to develop a form of expression that moved as far as possible from the world of natural forms (objectivity) and subject matter in order to access "the supremacy of pure feeling" and spirituality. Malevich is considered to be part of the Ukrainian avant-garde that was shaped by Ukrainian-born artists who worked first in Ukraine and later over a geographical span between Europe and America.
