Pierre Lellouche
Pierre Lellouche is a French lawyer and politician of the Republicans who served as Secretary of State for Foreign Trade under the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry Christine Lagarde in the government of Prime Minister François Fillon. He was elected deputy of Sarcelles in 1993, and retained his seat at the National Assembly until 2002.
Slim Chaker
Slim Chaker was a Tunisian politician who served as the Minister of Health from September, 12 to October 8, 2017 before his death. A member of Nidaa Tounes, he was the minister of Youth and Sports from July 1, until December 24, 2011, within the government of Beji Caid Essebsi.
Ali Neffati
Ali Neffati was a Tunisian cyclist who was professional between 1913 and 1930. He is known for being the first African to participate in the Tour de France, when he participated in the 1913 edition. He also was in the 1914 Tour de France, but didn't finish either of them. In the 1914 Tour, he was hit by a car from the organization, and could not continue.
Elsa Cayat
Elsa Cayat was a French psychiatrist and psychoanalyst and a columnist for the satirical newspaper Charlie Hebdo in Paris, France. She was one of 12 victims of the Charlie Hebdo attack and was killed along with the seven journalists, maintenance worker, one visitor and two police officers. She was the only woman working for Charlie Hebdo to die in the attack. She was one of two Jews killed in the attack, along with Georges Wolinski.
