Bjørn Kjos is a Norwegian aviator, lawyer, and business magnate. He is best known as the founder and CEO of Norwegian Air Shuttle, Scandinavia's largest airline, and Europe's third largest low-cost airline.

Sigrun Krokvik is the pen name of crime fiction writer Sigrun Karin Christiansen. She made her literary debut in 1972 with the thriller Bortreist på ubestemt tid. She published the novel Kikkeren in 1973. She was awarded the Riverton Prize in 1972, and was the first recipient of this prize.

Åse Michaelsen is a Norwegian politician representing the Progress Party. She served as a representative of Vest-Agder in the Storting and was first elected in 2005. She was also the Minister of Elderly and Public Health from 2018 to 2019.

Lars Michaelsen is a Danish former professional road bicycle racer who last rode for Team CSC. He got his break through in his second year as a professional, when he won the 1995 edition of Gent–Wevelgem. In the 1997 Vuelta a España he won stage 1 and wore the leader's jersey for three days. In 2002 he finished fifth in Paris–Roubaix, a result he would duplicate in 2005. In the 2006 Paris–Roubaix he was once again in the group of favourites, but he helped teammate Fabian Cancellara win the race and finished 19th himself. In his last race, the 2007 Paris–Roubaix, he finished 11th after a strong race, where only a mechanical failure prevented him from following the favorites. Again a teammate, Stuart O'Grady, won the race. Michaelsen rode at four Olympic Games.

Arne Skauge is a Norwegian politician for the Conservative Party, who served as parliamentary representative for Hordaland from 1977 to 1993. He was also Minister of Trade and Shipping 1981-1983, state secretary to the Prime Minister 1984–1986, and Minister of Finance in 1986 and 1989–1990.
