James Rittenhouse Develin, Jr. is a former American football fullback. He played college football for Brown University as a defensive end. He was originally signed as an undrafted free agent by the Oklahoma City Yard Dawgz of the Arena Football League (AFL). He also played for the New England Patriots, Cincinnati Bengals and for the Florida Tuskers of the United Football League (UFL).
