Jacques François Courtin was a French painter who was particularly adept at translating genre scenes based on Dutch Golden Age examples into a contemporary setting through the use of staging and costume. He was one of the most popular genre painters of the late 17th and early 18th centuries.

Jean-François Anne Landriot was a French bishop, Ordained in 1839 from the seminary of Autun, he became, after a few years spent at the cathedral, successively superior of the seminary, 1842; vicar-general 1850; Bishop of La Rochelle, 1856, and Archbishop of Reims, 1867.

Dom Jean-Baptiste Delaveyne, O.S.B., (1653-1719) was a French Benedictine monk and priest, who founded a religious institute which continues to serve throughout the world.

Adrienne Marie Louise Grandpierre-Deverzy was a French painter. She was a student of the painter Abel de Pujol (1787-1861), who had studied with Jacques-Louis David. In 1856, she married Abel de Pujol, becoming his second wife. Known for her interior and historical paintings in the Troubadour style, she also taught female students in Pujol's art studio and was considered a committed instructor.

Jacques Decrion is a French former professional racing cyclist. He rode in one edition of the Tour de France, two editions of the Giro d'Italia and three editions of the Vuelta a España.
