Clover Margaret Moore is an Australian politician. She has been the Lord Mayor of the City of Sydney since 2004 and is currently the longest serving Lord Mayor of Sydney since the creation of the City of Sydney in 1842. She was an independent member of the New South Wales Legislative Assembly from 1988 to 2012, representing the electorates of Bligh (1988–2007) and Sydney (2007–2012). Moore is the first popularly elected female Lord Mayor of Sydney.

John Clement Seale ACS ASC is an Australian cinematographer. He won an Oscar for his work in the 1996 film The English Patient, in addition to a BAFTA and Satellite Award. He is a member of both the Australian Cinematographers Society (ACS) and the American Society of Cinematographers (ASC).

Glynis Leanne Nunn-Cearns, OAM is a former Australian heptathlete, the first Olympic champion in the event. Born in Toowoomba, Queensland, she began competing in athletics at age 9, when she was a student at Toowoomba South State School.

Anthony Dalton Roche, AO, MBE is an Australian former professional tennis player, a native of Tarcutta. He played junior tennis in the New South Wales regional city of Wagga Wagga. He won one Grand Slam singles title and 15 Grand Slam doubles titles, ranking as high as World No. 2 by Lance Tingay of The Daily Telegraph in 1969. He also coached multi-Grand Slam winning world No. 1s Ivan Lendl, Patrick Rafter, Roger Federer and Lleyton Hewitt as well as former World No. 4 Jelena Dokic.

Brett Aitken is an Australian Olympic track cyclist. He has won three Olympic medals, including gold in the Madison event at the 2000 Olympics. He retired from cycling in 2004, but returned in 2006 to ride on the Oceania Tour. On 16 January 2001, he was awarded the Australian Sports Medal for his gold medal winning achievement.
