George William Beaumont Howard, 13th Earl of Carlisle, styled Viscount Morpeth from 1963 to 1994, is a British nobleman, politician, and hereditary peer. He inherited the titles Earl of Carlisle, Viscount Howard of Morpeth, Baron Dacre of Gillesland and Lord Ruthven of Freeland, in 1994 upon the death of his father, Charles Howard, 12th Earl of Carlisle. A member of the Howard family and a kinsman of the Duke of Norfolk, he is also a co-heir to the baronies of Greystock and Clifford.

Michael J. Saylor is an American entrepreneur and business executive, who co-founded and leads MicroStrategy, a company which provides business intelligence, mobile software, and cloud-based services. Saylor authored the 2012 book The Mobile Wave: How Mobile Intelligence Will Change Everything. He is also the sole trustee of Saylor Academy, a provider of free online education. As of 2016, Saylor has been granted 31 patents and has 9 additional applications under review.

Karel Lodewijk Georgette Emmerence De Gucht is a Belgian politician who was the European Commissioner for Trade from February 2010 until 31 October 2014. Previously, he served as Belgium's Minister of Foreign Affairs from 2004 to 2009 and as the European Commissioner for International Cooperation, Humanitarian Aid and Crisis Response from 2009 to 2010.
