Daisuke Mori is a Japanese nurse, who was convicted for giving lethal doses of the muscle relaxant drug vecuronium to his patients in a clinic in Izumi-ku, Sendai, Miyagi Prefecture. He was suspected as a medical serial killer, though he was convicted of one murder.

Alexander Vasilyevich Sergeychik was a Belarusian serial killer. He committed murders between 2000 and 2006 in Shchuchyn District and Grodno District. He confessed to killing a total of twelve people, however, the investigation could only bring forward enough evidence to convict him of six murders. He was sentenced to death by the court.

Aleksandr Andreevich Rubel is a Ukrainian-born Estonian serial killer convicted of six murders in Tallinn, Estonia. Sentenced as a minor to the maximum punishment allowed by law, he was released from Tartu Prison on 8 June 2006. Although it has been speculated that Rubel currently lives in Ukraine, multiple sources have seen him back in Estonia with a changed name.

Vladimir Stepanovich Sulima, also known as The Bloody Casanova, was a Soviet serial killer and rapist.

Dean Phillip Carter is a convicted spree killer currently housed on San Quentin, California's Death row. He has been convicted of the murder of four women: Susan Knoll, Jillette Mills, Bonnie Guthrie, and Janette Cullins. He was also implicated in the death of Tok Chum Kim. On March 25, 1984 Carter raped a woman who survived his attack. All the victims were killed by strangulation.

Nannie Doss was an American serial killer responsible for the deaths of 11 people between some time in the 1920s and 1954. Nannie Doss was referred to as the Giggling Granny, the Lonely Hearts Killer, the Black Widow, and Lady Blue Beard. She was called a "self-made widow" by a newspaper.

Patrick Wayne Kearney is an American serial killer and necrophile who preyed on young men in California from 1965 to 1977. He is sometimes referred to as "The Freeway Killer", a nickname he shares with two other separate serial killers, William Bonin and Randy Kraft. Kearney may be among the most prolific serial killers in U.S. history, claiming possibly as many as 43 victims according to law enforcement.

Pierre Chanal was a French soldier and suspected serial killer. He was convicted of the rape and kidnapping of a young man, Balázs Falvay, whom he picked up hitchhiking in 1988. He received a ten-year sentence for the attack, and was released in 1995 on probation. He was accused of murdering three of eight young men who disappeared in northeastern France between 1980 and 1987. One of his alleged victims was Trevor O'Keeffe. Chanal committed suicide in prison in 2003 while on trial.

Gaetano Badalamenti was a powerful member of the Sicilian Mafia. Don Tano Badalamenti was the capofamiglia of his hometown Cinisi, Sicily, and headed the Sicilian Mafia Commission in the 1970s. In 1987, he was sentenced in the United States to 45 years in federal prison for being one of the leaders in the so-called "Pizza Connection", a $1.65 billion drug-trafficking ring that used pizzerias as fronts to distribute heroin from 1975 to 1984. He was also in Italy sentenced to life imprisonment in 2002, for the 1978 murder of Peppino Impastato.
