He represented the 7th constituency from 2002 to its abolition in the 2010 redistricting of French legislative constituencies, which was effective at the 2012 election, then the 4th constituency from 2012 to 2017.

Véronique Caprasse is a Belgian politician and a member of DéFI, a French-speaker interests party in and around the Brussels region. She was mayor of Kraainem from 2013 to 2015 and former member of the Belgian Federal Parliament. Caprasse was a member of the Chamber of Representatives from 2014 to 2019.

Werner Busse is a German boxer. He competed in the men's light welterweight event at the 1960 Summer Olympics. At the 1960 Summer Olympics, he lost to Vladimir Yengibaryan of the Soviet Union.
