Braydon Coburn is a Canadian professional ice hockey defenceman currently playing for the Ottawa Senators of the National Hockey League (NHL). Coburn was originally selected in the first round, eighth overall, by the Atlanta Thrashers in the 2003 NHL Entry Draft, beginning his NHL career with the organization before moving to the Philadelphia Flyers and Lightning. Coburn won the Stanley Cup as a member of the Lightning in 2020.

Jakub Vrána is a Czech professional ice hockey forward for the Washington Capitals of the National Hockey League. Vrána was selected by the Capitals in the first round of the 2014 NHL Entry Draft. Vrána won the Stanley Cup as a member of the Capitals in 2018.

Sebastian Brendel is a German sprint canoeist who has competed since 2007. Brendel is the reigning Olympic champion in the C-1 1000 metres and C-2 1000 metres events.

Wang Liqiang, or William Wang, is a Chinese defector to Australia and self-proclaimed former spy. In November 2019, Wang sought political asylum in Australia, claiming to be a spy who was involved in the People's Republic of China's intervention in the affairs of Hong Kong SAR and Taiwan. The factual accuracy of his claims is disputed, and some experts suggested he may not be more than a low-level operative. Wang's case drew worldwide attention, and led to two arrests in Taiwan.

He received a bronze medal at the 1994 Winter Olympics in Lillehammer. At the 2012 Winter Youth Olympics he was Chef de mission for the French Team. He was in charge of the Annecy bid for the 2018 Winter Olympics, which did not win.
