Saïd Taghmaoui is a French-American actor and screenwriter. One of his major screen roles was that of Saïd in the 1995 French film La Haine, directed by Mathieu Kassovitz. Taghmaoui has also appeared in a number of English-language films, with roles such as Captain Said in Three Kings (1999), Sameer in Wonder Woman (2017), and The Elder in John Wick: Chapter 3 - Parabellum (2019).

Said Nursi, also spelled Said-i Nursî or Said-i Kurdî and commonly known with the honorific Bediüzzaman, or simply Üstad was a Kurdish Sunni Muslim theologian who wrote the Risale-i Nur Collection, a body of Qur'anic commentary exceeding six thousand pages. Believing that modern science and logic was the way of the future, he advocated teaching religious sciences in secular schools and modern sciences in religious schools. Nursi inspired a religious movement that has played a vital role in the revival of Islam in Turkey and now numbers several millions of followers worldwide. Mohamed Saïd Benrahma is an Algerian professional footballer who plays as a winger for Premier League club West Ham United and the Algeria national team. Benrahma began his professional career with Nice, later spending time on loan with Angers, Gazélec Ajaccio and Châteauroux during his early career. He came to prominence in the EFL Championship after a move to Brentford in 2018, scoring 27 goals in 83 appearances for the West London outfit before moving to the Premier League with West Ham on a permanent basis following a loan spell in 2021.
