Rami Said Malek is an American actor. He is best known for portraying computer hacker Elliot Alderson in the USA Network television series Mr. Robot (2015–2019), for which he received accolades such as the 2016 Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series, and as Queen lead singer Freddie Mercury in the biopic Bohemian Rhapsody (2018), for which he received awards such as the Academy Award, Golden Globe Award, Screen Actors Guild Award, and British Academy Film Award for Best Actor. He has also received multiple other accolades, and is the first actor of Egyptian heritage to win the Academy Award for Best Actor. Time magazine named Malek one of the 100 most influential people in the world in 2019.

Rami Jaffee is an American musician. He is best known as the keyboardist for the rock band Foo Fighters, whom he initially joined in a touring and session capacity in 2005. Jaffee has contributed to five of the band's studio albums, and in 2017 was added to the core line-up of the band.

Rami Makhlouf is a Syrian businessman and the maternal cousin of president Bashar al-Assad. Makhlouf owns Syriatel, the largest mobile phone network in Syria, along with other retail, banking and real estate companies.

Rami Anis is a Syrian swimmer, who now resides in Belgium, and representing a small Refugee Olympic Team (ROT) under the Olympic flag, at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro. As war took hold of his home town Aleppo, Anis fled to Turkey then, by dinghy to Greece and on to Belgium.
