Keiko Ihara is a Japanese race car driver. She was a former race queen, a model who appears in a swimsuit or other fashionable apparel at race circuits, before deciding to become a racing driver. She is one of the few Japanese women nationals to race internationally at a high level. Her best finishes in the British Formula Three Championship are two 8th places finishes in 2005, which helped her to a final championship standing position of 16th with 12 points. In the 2006 series, she finished in 17th and last position in the Championship Class, with 4 points.

Keiko Han is a Japanese actress, voice actress and western astrologer. She sang the theme songs in productions such as Story of the Alps: My Annette and Kazoku Robinson Hyōryūki Fushigi na Shima no Furōne. Han is a fortune teller of western horoscopes. She wrote books on the subject. She is employed by talent agency Never Land Arts, and was previously affiliated with Aoni Production & 81 Produce.

Keiko Nogami is a Japanese long-distance runner who competes in marathon races. Nogami took second at the 2015 Gold Coast Marathon, losing first place to Risa Takenaka and defeating third place finisher Manami Kamitanida.

Keiko Nishi is a Japanese manga artist. After graduating from Kagoshima Prefectural Ibusuki High School, she attended Tsuru University from where she graduated with a degree in Japanese literature. While still attending Tsuru University, Nishi made her professional manga debut with her story "Matte Iru yo" in Shogakukan's manga magazine Petit Flower.

Keiko Takemiya is a Japanese manga artist and the previous president of Kyoto Seika University. She resides in Kamakura, Kanagawa Prefecture. She is included in the Year 24 Group, a term coined by academics and critics to refer to a group of female authors in the early 1970s who helped transform shōjo manga from being created primarily by male authors to being created by female authors. As part of this group, Takemiya pioneered a genre of girls' comics about love between young men. In December 1970, she published a short story titled Sanrūmu Nite in Bessatsu Shōjo Comic, which is possibly the first shōnen-ai manga ever published and contains the earliest known male-male kiss in shōjo manga.

Keiko Tanaka-Ikeda is the first Japanese female gymnast to win a world title, which she accomplished on the balance beam in 1954. For 63 years, she remained the only Japanese female gymnast who won a world gold medal - until Mai Murakami won the floor exercise at the 2017 World Championships. Tanaka-Ikeda won seven more medals at the world championships in 1958–1966. She also competed at the 1956, 1960 and 1964 Olympics in all artistic gymnastics events and won a team bronze medal in 1964; her best individual achievement was a fourth place on the floor in 1956.
