John Cameron Urschel is a Canadian-American mathematician and retired professional American football guard and center. He played college football at Penn State and was drafted by the Baltimore Ravens in the fifth round of the 2014 NFL Draft. Urschel played his entire NFL career with Baltimore before announcing his retirement on July 27, 2017, at 26 years old.

John Alexander Ogonowski was an American pilot and an agricultural activist. A resident of Dracut, Massachusetts, Ogonowski was a leading advocate on behalf of farming in Massachusetts, particularly in aiding immigrant farmers from Cambodia, whom he assisted as part of the New Entry Sustainable Farming Project. He was the pilot of American Airlines Flight 11, which was hijacked by terrorists and flown into the North Tower of the World Trade Center as part of the September 11 attacks.

John Henry Durham is an American lawyer who served as the United States Attorney for the District of Connecticut from 2018 to 2021. In April 2019 he was assigned to investigate the origins of the FBI's investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 United States elections, and in October 2020 he was appointed Special Counsel for the Department of Justice on those matters, a position he still holds.

John Dee was an Anglo-Welsh mathematician, astronomer, astrologer, teacher, occultist, and alchemist. As an antiquarian, he had one of the largest libraries in England at the time. As a political advisor, he advocated for the founding of English colonies in the New World to form a "British Empire", a term he is credited with coining.

John David Lundstram is an English professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Premier League club Sheffield United. Lundstram started his career in Everton's academy. He signed his first professional contract in June 2011 but would never make a first-team appearance for Everton. He had loan spells at Doncaster Rovers, Yeovil Town, Leyton Orient, Blackpool and Scunthorpe United before leaving Everton to join Oxford United in 2015.
