Eugen Neagoe is a Romanian football manager and former striker. He is the cousin of Victor Pițurcă.

Eugen Georg Oskar Ekman is a retired Finnish gymnast. He competed in all artistic gymnastics events at the 1960 and 1964 Olympics and won a gold medal in pommel horse in 1960. That year he finished sixth all-around, while in 1964 he served as the Olympic flag bearer for Finland at the opening ceremony.

Eugen Bejinariu is a Romanian politician and member of the Social Democratic Party (PSD). He served as interim prime minister of Romania between December 21 and 28, 2004, when prime minister Adrian Năstase, who had just been defeated in presidential elections by Traian Băsescu, resigned and became President of the Chamber of Deputies.

Eugen Jensen (1871–1957) was an Austrian stage and film actor. He worked frequently in the Austrian and German cinemas during the silent era in supporting roles in films such as The Love of Jeanne Ney (1927). Following the Anchluss of 1938, Jensen emigrated to Switzerland. He was married to the actresses Alice Lach and Rosa Montani.

Eugen Schiffer was a German lawyer and liberal politician. He served as Minister of Finance and deputy head of government from February to April 1919. From October 1919 to March 1920, he was again deputy head of government and Minister of Justice. In 1921, he once more became Minister of Justice. Schiffer was co-founder of two liberal parties, the German Democratic Party (DDP) in 1918 and 1919 during the Weimar republic as well as the Liberal Democratic Party of Germany (LDPD) of East Germany in 1946.
