Arthur Karl Greiser was a Nazi German politician, SS-Obergruppenführer, Gauleiter and Reichsstatthalter of the German-occupied territory of Wartheland. Parfenchikov was appointed to the post of acting governor after Aleksandr Hudilainen resigned in 2017.
