Andrei Zintchenko is a Russian former professional road bicycle racer active between the years 1994 and 2006. In his career, he won four stages in the Vuelta a España.

Andrei Tchmil is a retired Soviet, Moldovan (1992–1995), Ukrainian (1995–1998) and Belgian professional road bicycle racer. He competed in the men's individual road race at the 1996 Summer Olympics.

Andrei Vikentyevich Zygmantovich is a Belarusian footballcoach and a former player. He is currently the head coach of Belarus U19.

Andrei Kunitski is a Belarusian professional road bicycle racer. He last rode for UCI ProTeam Quick-Step, having ridden professionally for Acqua & Sapone–Caffè Mokambo between 2007 and 2008 and a brief stint for Amica Chips–Knauf in 2009. Kunitski has won the National Time Trial Championship of Belarus in 2007 and 2008.

Andrei Krukov is a former pair skater who competed internationally for both Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan. He competed through 1998 with Marina Khalturina for Kazakhstan. They placed 14th at the 1998 Winter Olympics. Following the dissolution of that partnership, he teamed up with Inga Rodionova to compete for Azerbaijan and was the 2000 Azerbaijan national champion. After retiring from competition, he began coaching in the United States. He is the coach of Luiz Manella and Isadora Williams. He currently coaches at Ashburn Ice House.

Andrei Nikolayevich Maximishin is a Russian former competitive ice dancer. With Anastasia Platonova, he is the 2006 Karl Schäfer Memorial silver medalist and won three gold medals on the ISU Junior Grand Prix series.
